She studied Acroyoga overseas and teaches weekly in her hometown Osaka. She achieved to keep handstands when started her practice of Acroyoga.

Kosuke Mizuno

He started boxing at the age of 19 because he didn't want to wear a suit and work at a desk as a typical Japanese employee, and became a professional boxer within 6 months. Suffering from injuries, he gave up professional career in 2016.
In 2019, he got certified in Acroyoga in Thailand, and started to commit himself in the world of inverted yoga.


n the Handstand Festival, he will teach pair works to grasp the center of gravity and control body balance on inverted poses.
Acroyoga is a new style of yoga that incorporates acrobatic movements performed by two or more people. Since the students support each other, many of the poses are easy for beginners to try.
